Thinking of relocating to the Las Vegas?
Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas!
Las Vegas attracts residents from all over for many different reasons, some of which can include the weather, economy, tax advantages, culture, and many others. We welcome you as a part of our Las Vegas Community.
The Weather
There are approximately 290 days of sunshine a year. The winters are mild and give our residents the opportunity to still enjoy many activities they might not be able to enjoy in other climates. As for our summer climate, it is a dry heat, which means more swimming pool time. Las Vegans enjoy many activities year round that other climates don’t allow.
Las Vegas Culture
Yes, we have a lot of culture in Las Vegas to fit just about everyone’s lifestyle. From the Smith Center and Symphony Park, to the revitalized Downtown, to the Springs Preserve. Museums of all kinds to fit just about any interest, live entertainment, shopping, dinning to accommodate even the pickiest of palates, and UNLV, which is home to some of our greatest lecture series and performing arts.
The Economic Climate
Las Vegas economy is on the rise and the recovery from the Great Recession is stronger than ever. As well as Nevada has no state income tax and our mortgage interest rates currently remain low. According to the Review Journal, in an article by Buck Wargo, dated January 5, 2015, it was stated, “Study shows more people are relocating to Nevada.”
